The Edinborough Strength

Distributions will be paid quarterly based on the 8% preferred return. 
If the property’s cash flow does not support the full 8% on a quarterly basis, 
the balance will accrue and will be paid prior to any splits.

Zevulon Capital plans to hold the property for five (5) years to maximize equity value from operating income. 
The initial loan will be a 3-year interest only bridge with two (2) one-year options to extend. 
The property will be sold at the end of year five (5) at an anticipated 5.00% exit cap.
